Our partnership assures clients that there is seamless coordination between Bensonwood’s off-site construction activities and local on-site construction.  It’s the best of both worlds — access to Bensonwood’s high performance buildings with an outstanding and experienced local builder partner to work with you.

The Timberdale/Bensonwood team is committed to making your home building experience exciting and pleasurable. 

Through the design process Bensonwood's in-house architects and engineers will work closely with you to achieve the style, custom features and exquisite detailing to satisfy your vision and demands.  Your design will be constantly reviewed against budget with input from both Bensonwood and Timberdale.

Once approved the design will go into production.  Bensonwood will provide off-site fabrication of all building shell components and selected millwork finishes.  Timberdale will provide local general contracting and all on-site construction services to complete the project.  Timberdale will also provide long-term warranty service on the home.
